运用层次分析法分析农业经济增长

本文运用层次分析法计算种植业、林、牧、渔四种产业增长率的权重,然后利用农业增长模型分析了农业的增长率。     

稻田低密度生态养鱼及其实现产业化的前景

稻田低密度养鱼是一种新型的、具有较强的自我修复能力的农田生态系统模式,它集农产品消费安全、农民快速增收、稻田地力培肥、农副废弃物资源化于一体,且有三省(省工、省肥、省药)、两低(降低生产成本,降低劳动强度)的特点,体现了我国生态农业的特色和精华,即巧妙借用自然力(如养鱼、养鸭等)以实现轻轻松松地种田,既有助于农业的可持续发展,又促进了农村经济的发展和农村工业化、城镇化进程。     

水产品物流的电子商务应用研究

在经济活动中,物流的组成尤为重要。水产品由于其特殊性,在物流过程中与其他产品存在较大的差异。目前,我国电子商务的应用中,物流电子化、物流信息化的程度越来越高,并在其他行业当中得到了较大程度的应用。因此,在水产品物流中,如何开展电子商务应用,是我国电子商务领域有待解决的问题之一。     

The barriers and drivers of seafood consumption in Australia: A narrative literature review

Although seafood is considered to be an important part of a healthy and balanced diet, many Australians still do not consume the recommended amounts for good health. Fish is an excellent source of protein, omega‐3 fatty acids and other nutrients, and studies have shown that seafood‐rich diets can have a lower impact on the environment than diets high in other animal proteins. Concerns about health and sustainability have led to an increased interest in understanding consumers' attitudes toward seafood. This review aims to assess the current knowledge on drivers and barriers to seafood consumption in the Australian context. Systematic search strategies were used to identify relevant peer‐reviewed journal articles from three electronic databases (SCOPUS, Web of Science and Science Direct) and grey literature reports from targeted government and industry websites. Accepted studies investigated drivers and/or barriers to seafood consumption in Australia through qualitative, quantitative, or mixed method designs. Initial searches identified 504 publications from which fourteen met the criteria for the review process. The reviewed studies revealed that influences on seafood consumption in Australia are similar to those identified in other developed countries. The leading drivers of seafood consumption are health, taste, and convenience, while the main barriers are price, availability, concerns about quality, and a lack of confidence in selecting and preparing seafood. Some possible intervention strategies targeted toward these factors are explored in the discussion. Future research should focus on designing and implementing specific interventions so that their effectiveness in increasing seafood consumption in Australia can be assessed.

舞剧《鱼美人》是一部对于中国芭蕾发展史来说意义非常的作品,在推动中国芭蕾"本土化"的进程中有着不可估量的作用。站在今天的角度重新审视,对该舞剧从思想特色和艺术特色两方面进行了较全面的分析。总结出其体现中华文化内涵和在"民族化"指导下的创新两个思想特色,以及对芭蕾舞剧结构的充分借鉴、充分利用中国丰富的传统舞蹈资源、体现中国民族传统审美的丰富色彩、发掘了中国芭蕾舞剧中的"代表性"舞蹈、创作了中西融合的舞剧音乐五点艺术特色。     

Capturing structural changes in French meat and fish demand over the period 1991 2002

A time-varying coefficient demand system, the Markov switchingalmost ideal demand model, is proposed to shed new light onchange over time in the structure of French meat and fish demand.The main feature of this model is that the switching mechanismfrom one structure of demand to the other is controlled by anunobserved variable that follows a Markov chain. Our model accuratelycaptures the two Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) crisesof recent years. We estimate that the 1996 BSE crisis lastedalmost three years, whereas the second BSE crisis for just lastedfive 4-week periods.     

关于我国水产品质量安全管理体系建设的探讨

本文剖析了我国水产品质量安全管理当前存在的问题，讨论了水产品质量安全管理的主体和客体的职责，并从安全管理的手段、管理的基础与法律依据、管理的支撑系统、法规的宣传贯彻，以及强化资源环境保护等五个方面，阐述了作者关于我国水产品质量安全管理体系框架的见解。     

Ingredient Optimization and Children’s Liking of Popcorn Seasoned with Fish Protein Powder/Omega-3 Fish Oil

Response surface methodology (Box-Behnken design) was used to optimize the seasoning ingredients of popped popcorn. Children’s liking of seasoned popcorn was also determined by 120 school children. The results indicated that seasoning of popcorn with fish protein powder and omega-3 fish oil could produce accepted snacks that would be more nutritious than the widely consumed regular popcorn. Fortification of popcorn with 9% fish protein powder and/or 6% omega-3 fish oil did not influence the sensory attributes of the prototypes. Liking test revealed that children in the age range of 6 to 12 years liked the selected fortified products. This fortification also provided another avenue for cereal snack food diversification and might be a healthy option to boost children’s nutritional intake and to increase fish protein consumption. Such products are good choices for health-conscious consumers.
